How We Build

Nine Pillars.
One Purpose.

The Pillars are not separate organizations. They are nine connected ways the Guild builds people, opportunity, creativity, relationships, and community.

Strong Alone, Extraordinary Together

Different strengths.
Shared responsibility.

Each Pillar has its own focus, standards, leadership, and work. No Director carries a Pillar alone, and no Pillar succeeds by taking over another’s responsibilities.

The Guild becomes strongest when each contributes its expertise, protects its purpose, and collaborates generously with the others.

How the Pillars Work Together

One Guild moves the work forward.

Events may create the gathering.

Venue Partnerships may help find the right home.

Production may make the experience possible.

Media may preserve and share the story.

Community Impact may connect the work to a need.

Every Pillar contributes without losing its own responsibility.

The Organizational Backbone

Supported by Operations and Administration.

Operations and Administration support the work across all nine Pillars. They are essential internal functions, but they are not additional Pillars and Administration is not a tenth Pillar.
